Design Notes

There is a T7 promoter and a lacO operator in the upstream of gene Mtr CAB and a T7 terminator at the downstream to stop the transcription process efficiently.

The plasmid is bought from a bio-company. The Mtr gene is obtained from the kit plate. The recombinant plasmid is constructed by ourselves.
